The Assistant Vice President of Financial Aid and Enrollment Operations (AVP) oversees key student services at the College, including registration, student records, financial aid and scholarships, the Welcome Center, testing, and student orientation. The role focuses on making it easier for students to enroll, access financial support, and succeed throughout their education.
The AVP leads several departments, manages staff and budgets, develops policies and procedures, ensures compliance with regulations, and looks for ways to improve services and processes. They also work closely with academic and administrative leaders to support the College’s goals, improve communication between departments, and strengthen the overall student experience. The role also involves representing the College when working with external organizations and community partners.
In addition, the AVP serves as the College’s Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships and Chief Financial Aid Administrator. This means overseeing all financial aid programs, including federal, state, and institutional funding. The AVP ensures that financial aid is managed responsibly, follows all required regulations, and remains accessible to students who need support to pursue their education.
